Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for orders over €120.

Tracking

At this time, Charenji Studio does not offer tracked shipping.

Delays and Damaged Items

While we carefully prepare every order, shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, Charenji Studio cannot guarantee delivery and is unable to refund shipping costs or replace lost orders.
